In 2019, the City Hall of Litoměřice approached us with the goal of regularly connecting HR professionals from local companies and opening discussions on topics resonating in the labour market. We began organizing quarterly HR Brunches, which soon became a safe space for sharing experiences, mutual learning, and networking among regional employers.
The program included HR workshops on topics such as employer branding, psychological support for employees, and modern benefits systems. These meetings strengthened the regional HR community, brought new impulses into practice, and created a platform that supports collaboration between companies and learning from one another.
